If you are sending baby items I ask for 10 items of clothing. I normally use 7-8 items depending on the size. If you are sending preemie clothes, I will need around 13-15 items. Blankets, muslins, hats, headbands, etc can also be used.

If you are sending adult clothing, I ask for 2-3 items.

If you have purchased a Mini Memory Bear, I ask for 3 items of baby clothing and 1 items of adult clothing.

All clothing, used and unused, will be sent back to you with the finished product. 

What is your current lead time?

At the moment you are looking at an 8-12 week lead time. This is due to the high volume of orders I currently have. Once an order has been placed I can give you a more accurate dispatch date. 

What if I need my order by a certain date?

If you need your Memory Animal by a certain date, do get in contact with me via my 'Contact' page where I am happy to assist you further. 

Where do you ship to?

I am from the UK but also ship internationally. If the delivery option for your country is not available at check out, please do let me know so I can assist you further. 

How do I sent you my items of clothing?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been sent, I will message you with confirmation of payment, along with details of where to send your items of clothing.
